Good price to quality ratio. The hotel has a good connection to the metro line. It's about a 7 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The trams are even closer. The room was clean an spacious. The breakfast was ok but lacked vegetables. A bottle of wine was as a gift from the hotel was a very nice gesture. The staff was pleasant and helpful - especially the young lady in the reception.
Thin walls. You could hear what was going on in the rooms next to you as well as in the corridor. This was disturbing – especially in the morning. Breakfast lacked basic vegetables. Double room had two normal beds put together instead of one big bed. The gap between the beds was uncomfortable.

The breakfast had very good selection and was included with the room price. Though there was no lift, the attendant was very willing to carry our heaviest bags to the fourth floor. That was much appreciated. Room was clean. Once we found the hotel my sister and I thought it was fine. Our room overlooked the working garden. We considered offering to rewrite the directions to be included with the internet listing but lost track. It really is near the metro so was accessible to the city. Now that I know where it is, I would stay there again.
lack of lift was difficult but still manageable.

Some parts shine, others fall flat
Breakfast impresses with a diverse spread! Staff at the reception were warm and checked us in quickly, providing maps and excursion booklets.
Room sizes can be cramped, with limited air conditioning. The parking situation is confusing, particularly for those unfamiliar with driving in the area.

Excellent value and well-equipped accommodation with convenient setting next to the red metro line and a tram stop as well as the subway, bus, tram close.

Small room sizes could be a problem for those seeking space!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues during peak hours were rather frustrating!!! The parking situation was confusing and not suitable for inexperienced drivers!!!

The hotel is out of the centre of Prague but within easy reach due to the Public transport system being so good.
We were given rooms on the fourth floor and the hotel does not have a lift. This made it difficult as their was a couple of pensioners in our party.

This hotel is a complete joke. No soundproofing whatsoever, i could hear every word from the other rooms and the street was somehow livelier than my last party. I expected to be pampered, but instead got a ruined bathroom door. If only i had received an upgrade or some complimentary chocolates, i might've given a good review, but just couldn't.

The price.
- This is definitely no 4 star hotel! - The character is the one of a youth hostel. - 4 floors - no lift! - no restaurant - booking could not be retrieved - loose hook for shower has not even been fixed after claim - loose srews on nearly all fixings - narrow bed room - ridiculous position of desk - sitting was only possible on night cupboard - mineral water in minibar had been opend and refilled with non-sparkling water
